PRIVATE LESSONS
CR Piano Studio offers lessons for students of all ages and experience levels, from beginners to more advanced pianists. Lessons are designed to provide students with a strong musical foundation while creating an encouraging, enjoyable, and engaging learning environment.
With a balanced approach that combines technique, theory, musicianship, and performance, students are guided at their own pace as they grow in confidence and ability. We strive to make lessons both rewarding and inspiring while helping each student reach their individual goals.

MUSIC THEORY AND TECHNIQUE
All students receive instruction in music theory and technique as part of their regular piano lessons. Theory concepts are introduced from the very first lesson and continue to develop alongside each student’s musical growth. Students are also prepared for state testing and musical evaluations as they advance in their studies.
For students who would benefit from additional support or more in-depth instruction, CR Piano Studio also offers one-on-one theory lessons.
BEGINNER FUNDAMENTALS CLASS
15 minute Lessons
For younger students who are showing interest in piano lessons, 15-minute lessons are a wonderful place to begin. These lessons introduce foundational musical concepts in a fun, encouraging, and age-appropriate way while providing the perfect lesson length for young students who are still developing focus and attention skills.

ELEMENTARY-INTERMEDIATE
30 min. Lesson
Each lesson includes both practical and theoretical instruction to help students become well-rounded musicians. Students receive training in scales, repertoire, sight reading, ear training, technique, and music theory. Preparation for state testing and musical evaluations is also incorporated into lessons for students who choose to participate.
LATE INTERMEDIATE-ADVANCED
45 min.-60 min. Lesson
Late intermediate to advanced students continue building upon the strong musical foundation they have already developed. Lessons focus on advancing technique, scales, repertoire, sight reading, ear training, and music theory while helping students refine musicality, artistry, and performance skills. Students are also prepared for advanced state testing and musical evaluations as they progress in their studies.
